The rental fee ranges from $2,000 to $6,000 for a ceremony and reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is also a guest minimum of 150 applied to all events. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $200/hr. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required.
